    This website is a service made available by Pharmiuris, a site that aggregates cases from California Board of Pharmacy. By reviewing these cases, it is our hope that you will better understand the laws and regulations that pertain to the ownership and operation of pharmacies, the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists, and the potential ramifications and consequences for violations. As a user, you can easily review more than 400 cases, and can even narrow your review by entering searchable terms.

 

The content, services, and information on this website are subjected to the following terms of use (hereinafter, “Terms”), and applies whenever you use, browse, or access this website. These terms are a legal agreement between you and Pharmiuris. By using, browsing, and accessing this website, you accept that you have read, completely understood, and agreed to follow these Terms. We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time without any prior notice. Revised terms shall be effective immediately.     • In case of violation or suspected violation of these terms, Pharmiuris reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate, without prior notice, your access to one or all of the Pharmiuris Services. Pharmiuris only provides access to the cases downloaded from California Board of Pharmacy and claims no right on the cases or documents owned by California Board of Pharmacy.
   
Subscription
  • Pharmiuris will offer various subscription packages. Pharmiuris Services will include unlimited access to Pharmiuris database, access to your search history, and ability to create, update, delete folders for cases of interest.

  • - Any subscription agreements relating to the Pharmiuris Services accepted by you constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pharmiuris.
    •  
  • - To access and use the Pharmiuris Services, you will be required to register with Pharmiuris by completing a registration form, designating a user ID and password, and paying for membership.
    •  
  • - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user ID and password. You are fully responsible for all actions taken by the account and/or related to the user ID.

  • - All folders and registration information will be deleted 14 days after the last day of subscription.
    •  
  • - By accepting subscription with Pharmiuris, by using any of the Pharmiuris Services, with or without a subscription, you agree to the terms of use.

  • - When registering with Pharmiuris you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself. If you provide or we have grounds to suspect that any information you provided is untrue we may suspend or terminate your account and prohibit you from any current or future use of the Pharmiuris Services.

  • - You agree to immediately notify Pharmiuris of any unauthorized use of your user ID or password or any other breach of security. Pharmiuris cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any unauthorized use of your account.

  • - Request for refunds will be reviewed by Pharmiuris only if the subscription is abruptly terminated due to technical problems and these problems cannot be resolved within 72 hours after the request for refund.

Electronic Communications
    When you browse or access this website and use an electronic communication channel for contacting us, such as an email, you allow us to send messages electronically. We will communicate either by sending email or posting notices on our website. You agree and acknowledge that all agreements, disclosures, notices, or other messages that we communicate electronically are in harmony with the legal requirement that such communications must be in writing.

    Pharmiuris owns any content or information posted on this website, including but not limited to title, text, graphics, logos, tools, features, photographs, software, audio, and video, with the exception of text from cases and Pharmacy Law Book from California Board of Pharmacy.
